Shipping Policy

Every SOOTRA mug is printed to order, so here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Dispatch time

Your mug is made to order and is usually dispatched within 2-4 working days of your order being confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes a further 3-6 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are normally quicker; remote pincodes can take a little longer.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us, we share the tracking details with you by SMS, and on WhatsApp if you ordered through chat. You can follow your parcel from there.

Payment options

We offer Cash on Delivery across India - you pay the courier when your mug reaches you. Prepaid payment is also available at checkout.

Packaging

Mugs are fragile, so every order is bubble-wrapped and packed in a box before dispatch. If your parcel arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours with photos and we will sort it out.
